The Dog Who Was A Cat Inside

Is this an allegory for cross dressing?
Inside the dog, the cat is restless. The animation has a Picassoesque quality, postcard flat, brilliantly coloured, uniquely itself, inventive and witty.
The dog, with the cat inside, meets a cat, with a dog inside. Grrrr!! Hssss!!
The drawing is exhilarating. Imagination leaps up and licks your face. The artistic breadth matches the humour. The style seduces the senses.
